i really enjoyed this album, very strong similarities to black dahlia murder but with a more deathcore element. Still, the album is more death metal and avoids the usual deathcore traps of trying to copy the whitechapel, carnifex etc framework, which are what too many bands are trying to do these days. KOTA maintain a reasonable level of technicality and melody while still keeping it brutal and adding in the occasional, more subtle breakdown.
