4.0 out of 5 stars We need more Shadow!, September 21, 2004
This review is from: Shadow: In the Coils of Leviathan (Paperback)
"In The Coils Of The Leviathan" is a fantastic gritty crime story with America's original dark detective up against a fiery beast attacking from the city's sewers. Gary Gianni's hatchet-like illustration gives a manic feel to a great piece of noir. It's fairly simplistic for those who like the brutal and realistic (i.e. Moore, Miller) without getting into the heroes emotional baggage.
