A superb edition of Missa Arcaica,

Why was this record overlooked or forgotten? It's the mystery of the music market. It contains the mystic aura of meditation of "Missa Arcaica", a Mass where after the minimalism of calm piano notes the composer's voice breaks in almost unexpected in the pure act of faith (Credo) carrying in itself the drama and the beauty of the composition. A great piece of music indeed. The CD also contains songs from another album, "Come un cammello...", and they are superb too. "Povera Patria" (Poor Nation) is a sad reflection on the politicians' disconnect with the human tragedy of their constituents (although probably meant for the Italian administrators it would apply perfectly to other countries...). "L'ombra della luce" (Shadow of light) is what you would want to listen to every night before darkness takes you into the mysterious world of dreams. Marvelous!
