I have viewed the video and have had the priviledge of attending a master class of Shadow Sports and can tell you it is an awesome workout! I have been exercising for years, and found that this workout is new, innovative, challenging, yet easy to follow, and best of all different from the rest. This will take the nation on by storm and people will be raving about it just like they did Tae Bo. If you want a great workout that is great and effective for the whole family...try it!!!

Shadow Sports is amazing!! I took a master class of the video given by Kassandra herself and I worked muscles I didn't even know I had. It's a great way to mix sports and aerobics!!
