I've been playing RPGs since I was nine. I started (like most gamers) with D&D, moving on to Shadowrun, then later to White Wolf's original World of Darkness setting. Over the course of many moves from Alabama to Tennessee to Florida, many of my rulebooks were lost and I mourned the loss of each one. Recently, I found this particular rulebook on Amazon and immediately purchased it. You see, of all the games I played over the years, Shadowrun is my favorite. It combines the ultra-high fantasy of D&D with the gritty realism of WoD in a way you just can't find anywhere else. That being said it is a very complicated game not for novice gamers.
