Grant does it yet again turning in a solid horror themed anthology in Shadows 8. Having read them all in order it is a bit saddening to realize there are only a couple left in the series. Mostly coming in at around 200 pages the Shadows series skips the bloated mistakes of other anthologies trying to impress us with their size instead of the stories. There's not a dud here or a story that doesn't belong in a horror anthology. Recommended.

Great Anthology,

I read this book a long time ago from my local library and I remember the stories being just fantastic! One sticks out in my mind I can't remember the title but it is about killer mushroom spores from outer space. Well worth the read if you can track it down!
