I am 51 years old and a full time psychology student. I feel that I have been on a spiritual journey most of my life,trying to solve the mystery of life, and the Whiteheads had just added a big piece to the puzzle.I have been given a whole new perspective on the painful emotions, ones that most of us find very difficult to deal with - shame, anger and guilt. I feel that I now have a constructive base from which to deal with these emotions from a spiritual dimension. Excellent book for anyone seeking to heal their psyche and their soul. |
