This is the third in the "Under The Canopy" series by Shirley Chance Yarbro. Ms. Yarbro has done a commendable job with her research on this book. She will take you through the pure Haitian Voodoo to it's perversion into New Orleans folk-style Hoodoo. Paul Drummond heard a girl scream one day and ran to her rescue. He had no idea how hopelessly entangled his family, and friends would become trying to fight an evil force that possessed this innocent young girl, while losing everything they owned. I highly recommend this book. It is full of suspense, so you will find it hard to put it down once you start reading.
