About the Author

Sharon Bowman, M.A., is a Fortune 500 and workforce development trainer with thirty years of teaching/training experience. She has written two other successful teaching/training books as well as numerous articles on interactive instructional strategies and human learning. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, a port-time community college instructor, and the director of the Tahoe Training Design Experience. She is passionate about interactive, learner-centered training design and delivery. She helps organizations fine-tune their staff development programs and create new ways of learning for maximum training transfer.

A great resource for teaching/training ideas. Simply a must for those who care. Sharon's experience really shows. I'm turning into a real fan. I can't wait to read her next book.
