This is a classic CD. All songs are written, produced and performed by Abbott. (You'd think that a voice like that is enough!) Many people don't realize he's written and produced all or most of his songs. He's written Jennifer Warnes single "Rock You Gently" from "The Hunter CD as well. If you listen to that song you'll see what I mean; it's very "Abbottesque" and you realize "Hey this guy's got this major signature style going on here!". His newest CD "Eyes, Whispers, Rhythm, Sex..." is truly mezmerizing. Check out two tunes "Sexual" and "I Like What You Do" on that track. Amazing...

Abbott is always a pleasure to hear, and a marvelous writer and producer too. "Shake You Down" is something I always listen to; just like listening to "Sexual Healing".... He's got a "SuperHits' and "I'll Prove It To You" Album as well as a Caribbean inspired "One World!" He's green eyed soul at its finest. Easy to hear again and again.

This is a wonderful album, every song is smooth, enticing and easy to listen to. This is a wonderful singer the whole album is sexy.

"Shake You Down" by Gregory Abbott was the hit. Tellin' you in the back of my Mind. I truly love this album to death all the way thru. This singer, songwriter, musician, arranger, producer, instrumentalist, etc. can do it all and he does have a most terrific band in the back playing. I love his work and it's truly strong and sweet timeless. Oh yeah ever heard of Surface too? They're good. I recommend you check out them too. A Generate Must.
