Excellent! Highly recommended (the book form of this item is good also). Would not recommend some of the stories for young children, but my five and six year old like some of the comedies, like A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Taming of the Shrew.

Every summer, I make a folder of work for my kids called Mom's Summer Work. One summer, I introduced them to Shakespeare with this CD. It includes 10 plays (5 comedies and 5 dramas). The editors did an amazing job preserving some of the Shakespearean language yet making the dialogue and plot accessible to youth. I downloaded some general questions and attached this booklet together for a long car ride to Disney World that summer (kids aged 14, 12 and 11). They found it challenging, but ultimately, I think they appreciated the introduction to Shakespeare.
