i ordered 2 ugly sticks...both arrived damaged... each rod/reel was packaged between 2 pieces of flimsy cardboard... no cushion for the reels...both of which arrived with the handles smashed... sorry to be rude...but...what kind of an idiot would send merchandise out with sorely inadequate packaging...
a testament to the rods though...they both looked like they were in good shape... |
