So many books on this subject but this one is brief and lucid on a subject of enormous importance in a society in which substance abusers, often steeped in shame, take a heavy toll.

This book gives great insight to the real meaning of Shame and Guilt . Knowing the difference can mean life or death for many of us who are riddeled with these emotions.
