Must have for any visits to Shanghai
What makes this this map so valuable is that it has both Chinese and English names. That's critical if you plan to tour Shanghai on your own. We have found the map to be a key communication tool with cab drivers! Highly recommended its purchase States side!

No Suzhou or Hangzhou Insets, Incorrect Description
If you read the specifications for this map carefully, it says that it is: Map: 200 pages Product Dimensions: 10.1 x 3.6 x 0.2 inches Shipping Weight: 9.6 ounces Folded paper map showing Shanghai with good detail at 1:15,000 scale (1" to about 1/4 mile). The city map is complimented by a full index of streets and points of interest...

If you read the specifications for this map carefully, it says that it is:
Map: 200 pages Product Dimensions: 10.1 x 3.6 x 0.2 inches Shipping Weight: 9.6 ounces Folded paper map showing Shanghai with good detail at 1:15,000 scale (1" to about 1/4 mile). The city map is complimented by a full index of streets and points of interest. Reverse shows inset of Shanghai area and detailed insets of Pudong, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. None of which are true! I sadly found this out after purchasing the map looking for the Suzhou and Hangzhou insets. The scale is 1:17,500 for Central Shanghai, 1:70,000 for Greater Shanghai. It's a map. 1 page, two sides.

We spent over five weeks in Shanghai in 2009 and found this map to be invaluable. Saw several maps over the period and this is simply the best!
