This book details the account of Richard Sorge; master spy, A German who spied for communist Russia in China and Japan WWII era. Gen. MacArthur's intelligence services had discovered a communist conspiracy that continued after Japan had surrendered; even being supported by American communists such as Earl Browder and Agnes Smedley. For what purpose? The sabotage of a democratic government in Japan.

The book itself is not to be considered a spy thriller. The author lays out details of the communist conspiracy with an enormous amount of names that he lists associated with the cause. How is this relevant for today? The conspiracy never ended. What we knew as the communist conspiracy is now known as the New World Order. And what is the goal of these people? Major General Willoughby describes it himself, "...for the incorporation of the whole world into a single communist society...to do away with private ownership..class exploitation...to oppose Christianity...and to unite all nations in accordance with a single master plan.
