You must be flat chested to wear this. The waist is fine, but it is very narrow all the way up. Unless you have no ribcage and no bust it will not fit.

I have been in physical therapy for over a year with serious muscle pain in my neck, shoulder, back and pain in my hips. I had breast reduction surgery in January, which helped a great deal, but I was still unable to improve my posture on my own. This garment allows me to remain in the correct position without straining my muscles. I also wear an SI belt around my hips with the corset over the top. It has been difficult to get used to wearing it everyday but it helps so much! I think the corset alone would be much more comfortable than the two together. The corset has the added benefit of making me appear much thinner through the waist. I receive a lot of compliments. I do wear them out fairly quickly though because I wear it all the time. I am probably buying one every six - eight weeks but it's worth it. My goal is to be able to stop wearing it in another year or so which at the moment seems very attainable. It's hard to believe that a corset could reduce my pain so much but I'm living proof that it works! When my physical therapist suggested I find an old fashioned corset I thought he was out of his mind but it turns out he knew exactly what he was talking about.
