"On Shapes and More," shows children what shapes can become. Circles become balls and the number nine. A triangle becomes an ice-cream cone and a bow. A square becomes a sandbox and a window. A rectangle becomes a chocolate bar and a door. The children in the book who make the different designs are attractive to Parish. They wear bright clothes. The drawings are simple. The colors are bold. This is a wonderful book to peak children's excitement about learning. Parish is now making different objects out of shapes. I do wish that the pages were made out of a material that Parish could use a dry-erase marker on. However, grab some scrap paper and crayons. This will make your child create with shapes. "On Shapes and More" is perfect for preschoolers. Book Received at No Charge
