I love this album because you can sing along... traditional mantra is sung together with many people, and with this album, you too can learn the words and sing along (great liner notes!). The end result is that you feel like you are part of the beautiful lineage of sanskrit mantra and you are a participant in the evolution of our planet. The mix of english words with the sanskrit is a perfect balance to deepen our understanding of the mantras.

I can't get this album out of my head and it is the sweetest of feelings. I find myself at the most random moments humming "Pashupati Ananda Sharanam..." And it's contagious, the album is so beautiful, poetic and charming. There is a rare finesse to it. It's sophisticated yet so accessible as Sharon Gannon's deep connection to her inner voice leads the listener to find their own voice - you will hear yourself singing along with every song. Love it! A must have for one's own collection and re-collection.
