I ordered the Shark XL Microfiber Cleaning Pads for my Steam Pocket Mop. The product description stated the pads were 16.9 x 7.1 x 0.2 inches, but the ones I received were only 12.5 x 6.5 x .2. The reviews indicate the seller sent the correct size to some of the buyers and incorrect size to others. Good luck if you order them.

Amazon authorized full refund. Now, if I could just find the correct size pads I need!

I'm not sure what people were expecting, but I ordered these specifically because of the size and the pads that were delivered are 3 inches shorter than advertised. Buyers beware...

I'm editing this review because I've now ordered the product twice. Amazon customer service said the product was mispacked so I ordered it again hoping for the correct size replacement pads. Nope. Very disappointing.

These pads did not fit my machine.

I immediately returned them per the vendors instruction. A month later, I still don't have a refund.

We love our mop and these new pads allow us to change pads more frequently, nice product, nice seller.

Received item fast and is nice to have extra pads when doing my floors. My sharp steam mop came with only one this size and I really needed more as I have tile floors.

I also ordered in last May as the other buyer with a 1 star did, and also received the smaller size. Don't know if they have a bad description or have become lax in their packing... but strongly recommend that if you need the 16" one, choose a different seller. I returned them and received a prompt credit, but had to pay the postage to return them!

My husband uses these around the house We ordered extra pads for the cleaner and are pleased with the product. They wash easily and are reusable.

I was having difficulty finding the XL cleaning pads for my shark steam cleaner and when I finally did they were $19 apeice. These were almost 2 for the price of 1. I was very pleased.

These pads do fit my Shark Steam pocket mop, they are about 4 inches wider than the standard pads which gives you an extra 2 inches on each side for cleaning with the Shark Steam Pocket mop.

I wanted one of these for Christmas, and got one, I have a big tile floor. The shark worked pretty good on it, for the money a few more pads would be nice. I think I'll have to wash the pads more often then I want or puchase some more pads inorder to really clean this big floor. The smaller pads will work great in my small bathrooms. Did the laundry room where the dogs sleep, did a great job, didn't realize how dirty they can be. Do like how you can use bothsides of the pads and they the steam tube is enlongated, so its not coming out of one little hole. Also wish it could be used for more than just floors and that it had a trigger rather than just pumping. But over all I am glad I have it over the traditional mop. But hands and knees twice a year is probably still needed.
