Shark XT3501 Steam Pocket Mop Replacement Pads

After purchasing the Shark pocket mop floor steamer, and then pricing the replacement pads from Euro-Pro, we decided to try out these less expensive micro-fiber replacement pads. They work just fine with a few small differences. First, they are a little small...I had some difficulty getting the pad to fit over the frame, very tight fit, but did manage to get it on. (Have been using them for a while and the fabric has relaxed.) Second, the cloth is thicker and fluffier than the original pads, which makes it a little harder to push the machine around...so, you get more exercise (which is a good thing!) The repacement pads do a great job of producing a nice clean floor, lots of steam coming through the fabric, and no streaks...the same job as the original pads! We would order them again even though we did a 4 star rating on the tight fit.

Unlike the first reviewer, I say these pads are NOT "just like" the originals. They are not as fluffy and the liner is different. On the original, I cannot see the mop head frame through the terry. I can with the replacement. It is smaller when place atop the original. It fits the mop head, however. It is not high a high enough cost item to return and time will tell if a lack of "fluffiness" and different liner make a big difference. They could be okay but they are NOT just like the originals.I rated this right in the middle. If they turn out to be equivalent, I will return and upgrade.

I am totally pleased with this purchase. The pads are just like the ones that came with my steam mop and i have had no problems with them so far and i got them for a great price!
