Pretty good, but cheap quality,

Well I ordered it on sale (...), good deal. Once I recieved it, the cord is only about 3 ft. long and keys feel that they could pop right off. The board also feels that it could snap with to much pressure applied to it. Pretty much, if it goes on sale pick one up or wait until Sony releases a much sturdier one (...).

This is a keyboard. ... this is NOT a Sony keyboard. It is made by Interact Accessories. It works like a keyboard(no surprise there). The fact that this is a USB device and is compatible with a PC leads me to believe that any cheap USB keyboard from Circuit City or CompUSA would work also. It is a keyboard and works like a keyboard. If you really want a keyboard, buy it. You probably won't use this very often so I don't see why you'd want it.

Iy works, but it's not unique...,

The sharkboard definitely performs as advertised, but just as an experiment, I plugged in two different USB keyboards. First, I tried a generic USB keyboard I use with my laptop. That worked just as well. Then, for the ultimate, I tried my Logitech Cordless keyboard. That worked great, and no cord! By the way, the cordless mouse didn't seem to work, but I didn't pursue it further. The Sharkboard is nice if all you want is a little help adding Gameshark codes, but for more flexibility, try other USB keyboard products.
