This is one of the worst mice I have ever used. So many defects I dont even know where to begin. I thought this was just a cheaper version of the Feenix nascita... but boy was I wrong. Firstly, 3 of the 7 buttons were sticky. The weight cartridge system on this is so badly built, I couldnt even get it back in and the tab to remove it was broken. And the mousewheel was registering up when I was trying to go down. Whoever left the review saying this is as good as a Feenix Nascita was obviously a fake reviewer by sharkoon. Going to be returning this mouse immediately.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2014 - One year later: mouse forward button became unresponsive within the first 6 months. I can ignore that, I don't use the forward button a lot. Now, one year later, the scroll is starting to behave different. Sometimes when I scroll down, the page scrolls up. Also, the left (main) click is starting to perform two clicks when I single click it. Will change the rate back to 2 stars. The ceramic feet are outstanding but the build quality of the clickable buttons isn't that much. For the price I paid ($56) this isn't acceptable. No more Sharkoon products for me.
Three hours later from writing this update, the left click is not functioning any more. Most of the time it registers two clicks at the same time or no clicks at all. I'm getting my old mouse. I had cheaper $5 mouse work longer than this. This mouse couldn't keep up one year with casual use/gaming. I don't recommend getting this mouse unless it was sold at less than $5. My rating down to one star.

I just finished unpacking and I've been using it for the past one hour and I noticed the following issues.

1] Weights are a tight fit, If you use the 3.79g weights it will be a tight fit into the mouse, I scratched on of the weight cubes trying to insert the weight holder into the mouse. When I wanted to try lower weights it was really difficult to pull out the plastic weight holder, it got stuck into the mouse, I had to hold the hinge with one finger and wiggle the plastic weight holder left and right to get it to slide out.

2] Mouse sensitivity is fixed, you go from 800dpi to 1600dpi. 800dpi is really slow for me and 1600dpi is really fast for me, there is no middle ground, I'm really not happy with that.

THIS IS AN EXACT DUPLICATE OF THE FEENIX NASCITA (Non-2013 edition which simply updated their button look but nothing else) WITH NO DIFFERENCES. That is a wonderful thing to say. I pre-ordered to Nascita before it came out for $68 + shipping and handling. I've owned it for a year and four months and Feenix refused to cover the product and told me to buy another $98 mouse which was not going to be discounted any.

Now, about the actual Sharkoon mouse: I've played CS 1.6 on a professional level and am now managing for Dota 2 while still playing around seriously time to time. I hate too many buttons and feel like this mouse gets it just right. The price is out of this world low in comparison to the competition, the build quality is good, and you get extra pairs of skates and weights for your trouble. Expect it to last 2 years if you play/use the piece as often as I do, but it should be worth it at the price and with how good the device actually feels in your hand.

Great mouse for gaming. I would definitely recommend this mouse to a friend; however, I still prefer my steelseries WoW mouse for mmos.

After only a few months of casual use the wire or usb connection died. Can not even get it to turn on anymore. Look for a better mouse that doesn't cost 50$.
