Alvin L. Vaughan, an eighty-three year old man, born 11/24/1921 and has lived a life of adventure. A member of the U. S. Navy during WWII, he survived the attack on Pearl Harbor, served on the U.S.S. New Orleans, the U.S.S. Lexington and the U.S.S. Enterprise. Married to Anita 11/03/1949! She passed away 5/10/2001. He has one step daughter, two sons, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. He has worked as Warehouseman, Aviation mechanic, Auto mechanic, Sewing instructor and Salesman, Aviation ordnance mechanic, Machinist, Police Officer, Private investigator, Private patrol Operator and Burglar alarm company owner and inventor. Retirement fun has consisted of Cards, Dancing, Writing and Family. He is a published writer and Poet.
