We decided on this product because we had a mix of VHS and DVDs that we wanted to be able to view. And we did not want the extra wiring to mess with. This has been a good choice for our family. The only thing that I am not pleased with, is the first few seconds when the TV is turned on, the color is more red than it should be. But it is only for a few seconds, and I am the only one that seems to notice. Everyone in the family can work the remote easily, this was a concern since the TV,VCR and DVD controls are all separate on the remote. Sharp has done a good job with the remote control displays.

The VCR and DVD combination works great. The flat screen enhances the viewing pleasure. All in all, this model exceeded my expectations.

I have been trying to purchase this Sharp 27inch TV/VCR/DVD combo for approx. 2 weeks. Everytime I place my order with Amazon.com it does not go through. Just wondering if each of you that wrote this great reviews purchased it through Amazon.com. I have also contacted them with hopes they can place my order. I really really do want to puchase this TV and it is at a GREAT price! Thanks...Dana
