I'm looking into systems to replace a stereo that just died at home and this is currently my front runner. I've listened to it in person at stores and have found Amazon.com's price to be the best - even with shipping. It meets all of my requirements for a simple home system.

Dolby, Sub Woofer and Surround make it stand out. Dubbing works great. I reccommend it.

Awesome sound for such a small system. Great for small New York apartments where space is at a premium.

This system has solid sound at lower levels and can easily accomodate less demanding audio needs. If you're looking for a small but complete package, this will serve nicely. Don't expect this to handle higher volumes levels without distortion, though.

I have had this system for about a year now and I really like it. It turned out to be a Great starter system. I got some new speakers for it and with 100 watts it can get quite loud. the only thing that is not so good is the fact that the equlizer works only with the front speakers and the sub, not all 6. Overall a good system that works great with a stereo tv or a stereo vcr

I bought a few weeks ago and i'm still impressed by the superb douldy surround sound! everybody should have this audio-system in his room!!

This system looks very nice and the speakers are nice looking, and you get your moneys worth! This system is too loud for my apartment at volume 3 and it goes over 20, but I don't won't to become deaf! This system works great with a hi-fi vcr, but if you have a dvd player go for digital! Also I just ordered this sytem december 23th at 2:00pm and got an email confirmation at 9pm that it was shipped and free complimentary overnight shipping instead of regular ground! well I got it today friday morning! the box was huge! The cable length for the sub should have been longer. But overall I am very happy with the system!

I purchased this stereo last November and I love it. It's exactly what I was looking for in terms of affordability, size, and quality. And the equalizing feature makes this stereo fun. I recommend it for anyone who lives in a small place and/or moves frequantly.

Very powerful system and has Dolby digital control

This system handles sound wonderfully. I really dont use it for home theater use but for music. It handles loud sound surprisingly well too. Great wattage and wonderful bass. It has equalizer settings that make it sound great. It just has such a high-quality sounbd for such a low-priced system. I have seen this at other stores for like $! I really love it and it fits so well in places.
