I had the Sharp VX 1652 Calculator and it was starting to slow down a bit. Used it for 17 years. This is the exact key position as the VX 1652, so no adjustment period. Everything has been improved. Love the Calendar and Clock. And the Black color is great to have. Recommend it highly.

The touch of the keypad is very comfortable which is what i was looking for. Great product

Prices of desk-top calculators continue to come down. But the quality of the products remains high. This is a wonderful calculator. I have been using Sharp products all my life...and will continue to do so!

My only complaint is that the product was pictured as 'off-white' in color; but what I received was all black. Not a huge deal; but I would like to have known prior to purchasing.

For the price I recommend this printing calculator. It fulfills my need for such a product within my home.

I wanted a solid and easy to use calculator. This one fits the bill perfectly. I debated purchasing the lighter weight Sharp model, but am glad I selected this one. It does have a significant 'footprint' so you need a roomy desk, but it is quiet and there is no wobble when I use it, which I find irritating with smaller and lighter machines.

I like this adding machine mainly because the keys are where I'm use to having them. Why can't adding machines be more universal? It seems once you get use to a certain "type" of machine, it's very hard to change. I have one at work and two at home.

Product meets expectations and was very reasonably priced. Arrived well packed and in exceptional time.

I highly recommend the Sharp EL 2196BL. This replaced an outdated calculator that I have been "making do" with for about 5 years. I'm not a calculator guru, but I really think most people would find this is a great product for the price. It certainly does everything I need and more and it's extremely reliable.

If looking for a value and a quality calculator, then look no more ! This little gem is a great price and does the job fine for my office and is used many times daily. The black design also does not show all those nasty handprints and requires just a minimal wipe down on occassion.

Why pay more for something you don't need, when the features this office calculator has to offer should meet your needs.

This is a large calculator with more bells and whistles than were needed, but it's a very good machine. It will get years of use, I'm sure.
