Instead of improving the Sharp Organizer with new technology, this product cannot hold a candle to its predecessors. Earlier generations had greater capacity, durability, ease of use, and reliability. The programming for this product is inflexible, the data capacity is ridiculously low, it is physically flimsy and actually I went straight to the wastebasket with it. A total waste of money.

This a replacement for a previously owned Sharp electronic organizer. It's not as user friendly as the old one, in the YO series, but it is the best I could find. Not looking for a translator (which is good because it is very minimal), just a compact, convenient address book with a hard cover and no stylus to lose.

I just bought this today and I like the easy to use features once you set everything up its easy to use. But it doesnt have a lot of games on it and it doesnt have a calendar which I would prefer for my personal use. I also think that the word translator doesnt work very well. Overall for the cheap price this is a good product.

This is a very nice organizer. Easy to use with lots of memory. Had many other ones. Sharp also made one for Radio Shack that had a plug to put your information into the computer. This one does not have the jack. Over all, it is very handy and hope the LCD don't go out like my other one. You need a back-up.

I am disappointed by this product. Half the time the contacts that I know are in the unit do not show up. Sometimes they do. I do not trust it and am back to the old card rollodex.

This product was just what I was looking for to keep phone numbers, addresses, appointments, etc in. Easy to use to put data in and to retrieve when needed. The price was great too!!!

It is nice. It is user friendly. I like it.

Bought a pair for my parents a few months ago. All they wanted was a basic organizer with contacts, calendar/appts, calculator. Games and Spanish translator were icing on the cake, so I've not heard anything about them good or bad. The organizers meet their needs, and they're happy with them.

This is the second one that I have had. The first one lasted for many years and, for someone who isn't interested in a phone that does everything, this is just right. I can store all my addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and it fits into my pocket or purse. And the price is right!

FOR THE PRICE, AND WHAT IT DOES THE SHARP ORGANIZER IS ONE OF THE BEST BUYS YOU CAN GET. THERE ARE ORGANIZERS FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AND ALMOST DO WHAT THE EL-6950 DOES. I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR OVER 7 YEARS. THEY ARE GETTING HARD TO FIND. I RECOMEND BUYING THIS UNIT NEW.
