The Sharp LC-10A3U has a very small screen (10.5 inches) which makes it ideal for desktop or kitchen use. It is also extremely thin and unlike other Aquos TVs it has a small stand that helps save precious desk space.Image quality is great but be aware that the viewing angles are not as good as the newer, 13- and 15-inch models'. I use the LC-10A3U mostly for cable TV viewing and as a DVD monitor with the audio/video/S-video inputs. The cable tuner is a useful feature but it's when I'm wathcing my DVDs that this TV really amazes me with very sharp, crystal-clear pictures. Mind you, the stereo sound (only available when in A/V mode) is a bit tinny but then again this is a small 10" TV with tiny speakers so what do you expect! Build quality is excellent, with solid materials and great fit & finish (these TV's are made in Japan). All in all, this is great little TV and I highly recommend it. |
