Excellent, easy to use tv,
This review is from: Sharp LC22SB27UT 22-Inch LCD HDTV, Black (Electronics)
I bought this tv after selling my 42" to save money. I expected the quality to be significantly less than my big screen tv was, and I expected to be disappointed in the size difference. I was surprised and relieved to find that this tv had great quality and is very reliable. I have never had any problems with it, and I have had it for about 6 months. The only small irritance I have had with it is that every once in a while if I have a fan on then the sound is not as loud as I would like. But, for a small tv, it is what you might expect.

A very nice picture, and easy to use,

I'm very happy with my new Sharp. The picture is very nice, it was easy to set up when I received it (didn't even open the manual yet), and the remote control was thoughtfully designed. I just hooked it up to a regular TV antenna bought at the dollar store, and it picked up all the digital channels in my area with no problem.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the sound isn't rich like on my old-fashioned TV. I haven't tried hooking it up to a computer yet, or a DVD player, so can't comment on that. It's a good buy, especially for the price.

This is a very nice little TV. If you're thinking of getting rid of your old CRT TV in the bedroom or kitchen, consider this or something in a similar Sharp line. They have a built-in NTSC/ATSC/CQAM tuner, which makes for a real easy hookup and setup. The picture is a little harsh, but with some adjustment can be brought into line. All in all, this is a very nice little TV.

Needed a TV for my teenagers room. Very good price and a good picture. Have been using for about a month and everyone is happy with it.

A 22" screen is excellent for one person viewing, maybe two if close together. In spaces where 19" is too small but a 30" would not fit this set is perfect. In addition to viewing surface gain it comes with the full set of connections found on larger sets, it serves as a second screen for a netbook or to view video off the web-HDMI. Audio input/output is well provided as well. SHARP has been my preferred make for decades having a solid product at a reasonable price. It was once "Made In The USA" although I'm not certain that is still the case but where ever made it is still of high quality.

It's like a feel a dumb without TV todays...
so i decided to buy one and surveyed internet and bought sharp lc-22sb27ut. pros 1. price 2. picture quality, very vivid and bright a lot better than panasonic... 3. three signal tubes for digital, analogue, cable... even i moved to Seoul, it still working 100% for finding most channels here. 4. very light to move... it is just 10 lbs... cons 1. remote controller is a bit unbalanced in terms of the weight. 2. pc connection should be better Overall, pros is more than cons i think... and it was terrific buy for me. The most benefit of buying this TV is it has 3 tuners....so so great...

I was very disappointed in this set. I have 3 other Sharp LCD's and purchased this one for the kitchen. Could not adjust the "haze" out of it.
I had bought a 22" Samsung and was going to take it back if this one worked out glad I waited to return it. The Samsung had a much better picture.

Cannot access WXGA configuration from PC,

I used LC-22SB27U TV on a couple laptops, the WXGA modes cannot be activated. I only have 800x600 and 1024x768 choices. Sharp customer service says the video card should take care of this. But why other HDTVs don't have this issue? One of my computer video card is Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset on Dell D620.
