Sharp 17" LCD Monitor with 2 Built-In Stereo Speakers (Black)

I have had one of these black Sharp TFT monitors for several years now. I bought the item on a recommendation and have not been disappointed.

Picture quality is great on an analogue input cable but if you attach a digital cable then great becomes superb.
The picture is very bright, to the point that you have to adjust that down. Contrast is excellent as are the hues of black on screen.To date I have not seen these bettered by another TFT screen.
Adjustments to the picture are easy to do, although if you have a DVI cable attached this will probably mostly be done via your graphics card.

This is a well made product and just looks the part, whereas some monitors look cheaper ie the quality of the plastics simply is not up to the same standard as the Sharp. The use of quality materials means, however, that the Sharp TFT is the heaviest 17" TFT monitor that I have come across to date.

I have looked at newer TFT monitors recently but none seem to give as good a picture as this Sharp and do not look as well made. Therefore, I am sticking with the Sharp. If you can find one, buy it, I think you will be very pleased with the result.
