Easy to use just follow instructions. This one replaced a GE which only lasted a year, which was a disappointment as my husband and I use to like GE products. This one has easy to set power levels which I really like. The defrost is the best one I have had. I'm pleased all the way around about this product plus the fact that Amazon got it out the door and to me in less...

1.0 out of 5 stars If you only plan to use this 150-250 times in your life, this model is for you!
I don't use the microwave for much at home, except for occasionally heating up leftovers a few times a week or making popcorn, but this model died on me after 5 months. When it worked, it worked fine, but now it doesn't. The warranty is good for a year, but I'll be stuck with cost of postage to mail it to Sharp, which essentially doubles the cost of this piece of junk...

Works like it should.
Compact enough for the area we had available,

Microwaves are stupid anyway and ruin perfectly good food. I'm going to use this as a footrest with storage space now.
