This thing is the best $50 ive spent in a long time. Works the back muscles good in a kneeding action. And it doesnt get tired like my wife.

This is the type of quality you can expect from Sharper Image. I bought this
as a Christmas gift for a loved one with back problems and aches and I have heard nothing but positive things from it. It will massage neck and back with rotating circles and also heat. It is very rare nowdays to find a product that actually does what it claims but this one does it all. I highly recommend this massager.

I have severe neck problems due to extremely high load of homework and compute-using. I bought this massager because of lots of positive reviews. However, I've found it not very satisfactory. The two rotating massager are rather hard and sometimes they hurt my bones. The heat is good, I can actually feel it. I like the circular motion but it's very limited. I can only massage very small part of my neck. there is no way you can massage your lower shoulder by using this product. Overall, it's ok to try it. I don't regret spending 70 dollars on it. It does relieve the pain at certain degree.
