These are great sharpie pens and for me as good as they get.

They work just like the other sharpie pens do which, in my opinion, they work well. The sharpie pens are my favorite. I love how the ink flow and color of the blue pens. They don't bleed through the paper I use and they dry very quickly (you can't touch right away, but a second or so and you're good). They are clear and easy to read. The blue is an attractive and clear color.

These are the best in my opinion since I had an issue with two of the other models:
1) The original pens I don't like the are near the point. Where I normally like to grip is close to the point and where the ridges are.
2) The retractable model I liked initially - until I found out that when I wasn't using them for a period of time they dried out. They didn't seem to last as long as the originals and considering their price it's hard to justify comfort for a greatly reduced lifespan.

This cap model is a good size and comfortable to hold. The cap is secure and stays on without issue. I have had no drying issues. When the cap is off the grip on the pen is pleasant, unobtrusive, and easy to use. The area where I like to hold the pen is comfortable and it makes these quite nice to use. The pen is a lot lighter than I expected. it's about the weight of the normal sharpie pen, despite being noticeably thicker.

One thing I feel worth noting is one of my pens tip is a little mushy. It's still fine point and it's not frayed, it just feels.. soft. My writing with that pen is a little sloppier. My other two pens don't have this issue so I think this is either an issue with the pen, or far more likely - user error on my part (I must have smashed the tip too hard into paper at some point).

Just picked these up today. Same old Sharpie pen, but a bit classier casing. These are not pens with heft, so they are light weight, plastic with metal painted caps. Not a true detriment, but something you should be aware of.

Cap is smooth, and would be extremely difficult to remove with lotion on hands, or even damp hands.

Positive side, when cap is off, the shaft near the tip has a very nice rubber coating with very nice tactile feel. Barrel is long enough to hold without the cap on, so it is comfortable to write without cap, to me this is good, sometimes the pocket clip can rub on the web of the hand and become uncomfortable.

Tip is same fine tip, fiber based that we are used to. Inks are bright, clean and sharp. No bleed through on the paper (standard 20# paper).

Nicely done.

Just don't expect this to replace your fine writing insturments.

If you prefer a pen with this style of tip, the case itself is premium looking, not too heavy, and is generally appealing. That being said, I was hoping for more bold ink delivery, but didn't get that. It's not less than advertised, but I was hoping for more.

I prefer the Sharpie Pen Retractable Fine Point Pen, 2 Blue Ink Pens (1753175), because the color seems to be a bit more bold for some reason. I don't know if it is always this way, or by luck/randomness.
