They're Sharpies. And Sharpies are amazing. Always have been...if they stop being so, I would be very upset and become one of those people that constantly talk about how good they used to be and I wouldn't have any friends anymore.

I've bought cheap knock offs before and man was that a bad idea. Sharpie is a really good brand that knows how to make markers. I like these particular fine point markers because they are thin and don't bleed. I use them on crafts, mostly clay charms. I can easily draw eyes and smileys onto faces and don't have to worry about it bleeding. I'm loving the two pack. I used to have one that I somehow made last through all 4 years of high school so now that I have two I wonder how long I can make these last. They definitely will last a long time if you are just using it sparingly and not "coloring" with them. I wouldn't suggest coloring with these anyway. They are great for outlining things though. Make sure to close the cap tight to prevent any unwanted dry-outs.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I recently received a replacement credit card and could not find a pen that worked to sign over the security strip. After trying several different pens that either wiped of or would not work at all, I contacted the banks customer service department about the problem. The representative I spoke to agreed that this was a common problem and recommended a Sharpie. Unfortunately, the only ones I had were medium tip and were not appropriate for signing. Fortunately, I was ordering a few things from Amazon and I found these and added them as an Add-On item to my order This Ultra fine tip marker worked perfectly! I did let it dry for a few minutes before putting the card in my wallet to prevent smearing. I recommend these for anytime that a permanent signature is required.

I love Sharpies, and as one prior reviewer said, sometimes the traditional medium point tip just isn't small enough. I am a crafter, and like to use Sharpie markers to "ink" my paper crafts.

Inking is a process where you drag the edges of your paper along the side or tip of the marker to get a darker effect on your page -- to give the paper a bit of depth when using it in your work. Sharpies aren't just for writing on packages or CDs anymore, kids!

Just be aware -- Sharpies aren't made explicitly for working with some of the more delicate paper that scrapbookers use -- I have used my Sharpies on some of the more durable paper and it has still bled a bit, BUT, overall, they still do a great job.

$1.64 for an add on 2-pack that ships in 2-days with Prime? Good deal!

I got my Sharpie markers in the mail and I am so excited!! This product is so versatile, from craft projects to office supplies, I have depended on the quality of this brand and I recommend it to you. The ultra fine tip is a true ultra fine and there is no bleeding of lines- great for helping my kids with their popsicle stick art projects and for labels on my homemade scrubs and lotions. This product is also a reliable go to in my sewing projects to mark my measurements. When not in my craft room I use my Sharpie Ultra Fine marker to note important dates on my business calendar, to mark inventory, and label my lunch items- you name it and Sharpie does the job!

I bought a five pack of these a couple years ago to write on CDs and laminated sheets. Even when they were new, all five had problems writing on these surfaces. I would have to keep stroking the same spot a dozen times till ink started to flow, then I had to write quickly before it stopped flowing. If I paused for even 5-10 seconds, I had to start over stroking a spot again.

These markers won't write easily even on two different brands of CD with textured coatings that are meant to be easy to write on. I recently got cheap blu ray discs that have no coating at all so it's like writing on glass, and these sharpies won't write on them at all. I also tried using these markers on the back of my credit card where normal pens always rub off, but after a few months the ink basically seeped into the plastic and spread out, forming odd blurry, faded text.

I give these pens two stars because if they can't write on slick surfaces or some kinds of plastic, where can they write that you couldn't use a regular pen on? Maybe metal.

I have no problems writing on slick surfaces with sharpie or BIC "fine point" size markers, but the sharpie line thickness always produces lettering too thick to write as small as I would like. After borrowing a BIC "fine point" recently, it seemed to produce a line a little thinner than fine point sharpies, so I'm ordering a couple of those.

My first experience of Ultra Fine Point Sharpie pens was from using Sharpie's 24-pack colored pens on art projects that require the utmost precision. That was the beginning of my heart-affair with these dependable precision/precision Sharpies. I also enjoy using them in my family albums and other art projects. I would estimate that these are a 0.5 fine point. Excellent black color saturation, along with all the other 24 colors, too.

Highly recommend.
