Pros:
-Love simple but great ideas. I am a klutz, so there are more than a few times I lose the cap of my markers or forget to seal it back. This is not as bad for a ballpoint pens, but for markers, forget it. Next day, the tip is as dry as a board.
-It is a one-piece writing device.

Cons:
-Tip is a wedge and not the round types, so you need to position the marker properly in your hand to use it.
-You still need to remember to click it back to retract. :)

These are great pens. The coors are intense, they are classic sharpie high quality, and it is convenient that they come in the plastic sleeve. Great product.

Love this product! It comes in a closable plastic carrier and since I needed a lot of permanent colors this was perfect. I have used Sharpie products before and have always gotten a great product.

I like these. The convenience of the one click really is nice. I do think they dry out a bit faster than the regular capped ones, but if you would rather have the convenience of the one click these are worth the extra. I change colors a lot when I am working on notes, so these work great.
One note... While I really like the one click for these bigger Sharpies, I was not pleased with the Sharpie ultra fine one click. I have had them leak, be dry from the beginning, and dry up LOTS faster than the capped ones. I did not take this into account at all here... just wanted to share.

I saw these on sale and since I love Sharpies, I got this set. I had never used the retractable type before and found I really like the convenience of not having to remove and snap a cap back on. The set has a very nice selection of colors and the fine tip is perfect for addressing packages, writing on labels, etc. I'm sure I'll be replacing these as they wear out, as I do my thicker tip Sharpies. They don't have the smooth ball action of a fine tip marker, as my niece pointed out, but then they are permanent markers and I didn't expect that. Excellent!

I've noticed that the lifetime of my retractable sharpies are far less than my capped ones. The retractable feature doesn't always work perfectly, and it lets air get to the tip of the markers - thus drying them out. A cool idea, but not perfectly executed.

Not all the pens but several of them went dry fairly quick.

I'm not sure if the amount of ink is less or that the retractable design makes it easier for them to dry out.

I do love the utility of having a Sharpie have a retractable feature vs caps which can easily get lost. However for now I am going to continue using the Sharpies with caps.

If you like Sharpies - you'll love these! The click-tops are really convenient and they come in a little plastic pouch to keep them organized.

I loved these retractable makers they are the best and they last long. i do not loose the cap anymore.

I bought these to decorate CDs with for a party favor and they turned out fantastic! The colors are definitely as shown and since i was using a bunch of different colors on each CD it was nice that they are retractable.
