I had been looking for something to properly dispose my insulin lancets and needles that would fit on my purse. I was very excited when I found this product and had high hopes that it would work well for me. I haven't been disappointed. It fits easily in all my purses of various sizes, the top is secure, there is no need to worry about it coming off and spilling out your needles. It says it's for single use only but you can use it many times if you use an insulin pen that takes the screw on needles. I fill it to almost the top before I use the permanent lock side of the cap. Its perfect for daily use. I carry it in my purse at all time so I have a safe and reliable place to dispose of my needles when I am at work or out in public. You can't beat the price of this product for the convenience! I am very happy with it and am planning on ordering more.
