Swingerhead does a great job in their first cd. The music and lyrics are original and keep you hopping. The title track song : She could be a Spy will have you tapping your feet and singing along in no time. Lifts the spirits, and gets you dancing. I look forward to more work from Swingerhead. Drums, brass, guitar and a lead swinger that can't be beat. Michael Andrews has the voice of a crooner and this cd is a great taste of the talent this group possesses.

Swingerhead... simply amazing. I was kinda into swing music when I first moved to FL, but I saw Swingerhead at Sunset Strip (before Rat Packs on the Ave.) and that got me into swing dancing. That was 4 years ago. I cannot listen to a Swingerhead tune and not dance, they are that good. I have been priviledged enough to hear nearly all of their stuff... Spy, I Might Be a Little Out of Date, The Big Demo (very limited, but VERY VERY AWESOME!) and the Christmas CD. I need to check out Mickey Swingerhead and the Earthgirls next. Harry Connick, Jr., look out!

Swingerheads "She Could be a Spy" is the best swing album of the 90's, and quite possibly the catchiest, most fun album of all time. With one of the best drumers, bass players, and horn sections this band would be wonderful as an insturmental group. However, when you add the splendid vocals of Michal Andrew, this band becomes one of the greats. Lyrics are smmmoooth, flowing, and fun. Once you have this album you'll find yourself needing to hear it every day. You will not get tired of it. If you pay for "She Could be a Spy", you would not be dissapointed.

The best swing band you will hear. I've seen them live in Florida, and Las Vegas. You will not stop moving to their swing beat and Michael Andrew is the next best thing next to Frank Sinatra. A rare talent that comes along only once in awhile. I can only think this is what it was like back in my parents day and finally music my generation can understand. Thank you Swingerhead for keeping real music alive and well in America.

I first heard of Swingerhead at a Jazz club in Florida, and as soon as they came out I knew I had to run out and get their album. They sound amazing and their songs are incredible. They had everybody dancing. I really wasn't into the whole swing scene, but Swingerhead got me into it. Swingerhead is awesome!!!

I am only 8 and I have been a fan of Michael's since I was 4. His CD"s are the best. I love his music and his voice is so good. He really is a great performer and I can't wait for his next CD. I wqish he would do some more of his own music plus a little of Bobby Darin and Frank Sinatra. His voice is great and his band is good too. Check out his CD. You will love it.

For just as much as this group has to brag, there is just as much that is bland. They're good, they could be great. I'd reccomend other CDs before this, but you probably won't regret spending the fifteen bucks...

Now when will Amazon.com start carrying their Christmas album?

I have seen Michael and Swingerhead in concert several times at WDW Pleasure Island, at the Boardwalk resort at Atlantic Dance, and at the Lakeridge Winery. They are the epitome of classic swing. This album is the rebirth of swing in America. Swingerhead now tours across the country. It's time to see another album, come on Michael, let us have MORE!

Swingerhead absolutely has it all. Superb vocals, excellent arrangements and talented players. These guys run the gambit on this CD!!! By the way, they are great live too. I caught them in FL at the Jazz Co. They played everything on this CD and blew the audience away!!!!!!

This CD is great! Swingerhead is a band with style. They can jump from classic to rockabilly to an upbeat modern sound, while still sticking close to there roots. This is what swing should be, the vocals are excellent and the arrangments pull you up on your feet. Swinger head is a best bet to get you moving!
