World famous hard rolls offered by Wisconsinmade.com are from The Sheboygan Bratwurst Co. and are shipped hours after they come out of the oven. If desired, you can freeze upon arrival to keep rolls fresh before use. Take rolls out of freezer 4 hours before use to allow them to thaw completely. Your choice of one, two or three dozen. Shipping Schedule: CA, OR, & WA orders must be placed before Monday 1:00pm central time to arrive on Friday of the same week. All other states must place their order before Tuesday 1:00pm central time for a Friday delivery. Orders placed before 1:00pm on Thursday (Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and Upper Illinois only) will be shipped and arrive on Friday.

I am originally from Sheboygan County (Cedar Grove) and always remember the double brats and the steak burgers with melted butter running down my hands from the wonderful hard rolls. This product brought me back home exactly as I was hoping. They are a delicious and welcome reminder of my younger days. Am gonna order more for sure!!!

I purchased these rolls direct from Sheboygan brats. They are good rolls but not "hard rolls". I grew up in Milwaukee and we had crusty hard rolls with an almost crunchy outer layer and a perfectly soft bread interior. These rolls while good are not what I expect when I buy "hard rolls".

Very disappointed with this item. These are nothing like the 'Hard' rolls you can get in the major North Eastern cities. (Buffalo, NY., etc.) These so called hard rolls are nothing but the standard mass produced 'Hamburger'rolls you can get in any corner store.
