This is a good book to read to children if you are looking for a rhyming book. It has good rhythm, but no real plot. As an adult, it isn't one of my favorites. The sheep blunder onto a spaceship and accidentally end up in space. They fly around for awhile and turn on the autopilot to go home. Children like the book a little more than me, but they are not enthralled with it.

I think this book is a lot of fun. I sometimes wonder if the story line is at all difficult for my very young children to follow (you sort of have to follow along with the pictures to understand what is happening), but I think the story is very cute and funny. And of course the pictures are great, too! The sheep books never let me down!

This story is cute, but not as good as the other Sheep books by Nancy Shaw. It almost seems like the story here is a bit forced (like she had to come up with something). That being said, it still lives up to the cute rhymes, silly sheep antics, and happy ending we love about these books. I would recommend it to round out your collection if you have all of the other Sheep books, but don't start with this one unless your little one is a big space and/or alien and/or rocket aficionado.

This has to be the oddest sheep book. They bumble their way into a spaceship, and fly around for a bit before coming home.

It has the same rhyming as the other books, but... truthfully, I don't like this little foray into science fiction. The semi-realistic ones are better, imo.

The sheep are back! This time they find a space ship that has landed in their yard. They go inside to take a look around and the ship takes them into outer space! Join them and their friend the friendly aliens on a space adventure.
