Sheepwagons Rock!
This is a great and thourough history of the Sheepwagon. Anybody who grew up spending the summers or just the weekends in the mountains in "The Sheepwagon" will get a kick out of this book. Great old photos and excellent orginazation. A true, hard to find gem.

Poor quality photos, little of modern interest
This book was a disappointment. There's little about modern sheepwagons and their potential and the photos that illustrate the book are poorly reproduced.

One day my newly retired husband remarked, "I'd like to know more about sheep wagons." I found this book brousing "Amazon" and got it for him. He throughly enjoyed it and said it was very informative. I'm sure it will be reread several times.

If you've developed a minor obsession with researching the Sheepwagon this is on of the few resourses available. That's OK though, as it is so well done. It's well researched and well illistrated, and just a good read, too. I wish there were a structural drawing with measurements, but I think I can extrapolate them if I ever get around to building one for myself. Doug
