I really doubted these sheet holders. I had never heard if them, moreless seen anything similar in shape. I've heard of the suspender types, but not these strange shaped plastic holders. They are short(maybe an inch and a half?), and look almost like a rounded hot dog bun. The instructions say to feed them onto the beading on your mattress. I put them on the bottom beading and they fit snug. I think I have average size beading...it's not too big or skinny. I pulled my sheet tight and put them on all four corners. My husband has ALWAYS pulled up the sheets. He rolls often and wiggles. We just got a new mattress and new sheets...they have elastic but are loose. Our dog also sleeps with us and tries to dig at our bed. For the first time, our sheets stayed in place! I couldn't believe it! You can tug on the sheets and they stay in place. I'm very happy with my purchase. The price is unbeatable and they really do work!

Too difficult and don't stay on,
This review is from: Sheet Holders - No Pins! No Clips! No Tape! No Fuss!
These are good in theory but you have to have the ridge on the mattress edge to make them work - and they are really hard to get on - and pop off easily - and when they pop off they seem to get lost. Do not work as suggested. The new foam mattresses that do not have the ridge thingy will not work with these.

Better than sheet suspenders,

I have a king-sized bed with a tall headboard and footboard. After struggling for years with the sheet suspenders - which I always had so much trouble with - I saw these at Sears and decided to give them a shot. I LOVE them. While it is an extra step when changing your sheets (sometimes they can be tricky to slip over the seam of the mattress, but I've never had too much trouble), they hold the sheets in place. These clips are considerably easier to deal with than the suspenders.

I had these for a long time in a drawer before I decided to use them because they looked so weak. In the past I had tried all sorts of clips and suspenders but those things don't work, they are only as strong as the clip and none has ever held up against lots of jumping and heaving on the bed.
Firstly, these sheet holders are are thick plastic part cylinders with an opening so the cylinder is not all the way around. There are 4 per package. In order to put them on you have to squeeze the sheet and the mattress seam hard and slip the cylinder over them. It takes a lot of energy and effort but gets easier after I played around with it. The surprising thing? These things work great! No slippage whatsoever. The reason is that these holders really go on tight (that's why it takes so much effort to put them on), you really need to squeeze and force them in. The upside of this is that once they are on, no amount of jumping or heaving on the bed is going to get them off. So far, I'm 100% satisfied!

I LOVE THEM,

I first bought some of these at Linens n Things years ago to make queen sheets fit on a standard mattress for my guest room. They worked great! I have had a hard time finding them again. Now I have an above standard in height mattress and a mattress pad would not stay on. These held my mattress pad in place which kept my sheets in place. Sure, they are a little hard to put on but they are worth the effort. I have never had one to pop off.

I have silk sheets on my bed, and they were always sliding off. So i thought I would give these a shot, I must say I'm glad that I did. There a little difficult to get on, but not nearly as frustrating as the suspenders. They work incredibly well too.

We use these on the odd sized travel trailer bed and they work very well. I can see it would be easy to widen the opening for thicker mattresses. We use this over a mattress pad and mattress warmer and it still grips the mattress piping. Glad I found these!

I've used these types of sheet holders in the past and they worked. But the slit opening that is supposed to slide on the piping seam of the mattress and the sheet does not fit my mattress. I actually need to return this item. I was disappointed. Make sure the piping of your mattress is on the small end, mine was to thick.

I love these things. No more sheets popping off the corners, no more sheets pulling up from the sides. They really work.

These are the WORST! Can''t believe they got so many good reviews..must be the people who invented them or make them!
No way do they attach to the mattress...they slide right off even if you can get them to hook on. don't buy these babies! |
