To me, this book more than revealed the person of the late Shehu Musa Yar'Adua. I commend the authors on the depth and quality of this narrative that chronicles the late Tafida's life up to his death, in incarceration in Abakaliki. This is a must-read for all interested in the historical context of the Nigerian political landscape, as seen by the eyes and mind of a man that very well understood both the military and civilian establishment in politics. He also had the conviction and courage to bequeath a better Nigeria to future generations than the one he fought, both militarily and politically, to change for good.
