Rarely have I ever read a book that held my interest like "Sheik Seduction!" The characterizations, the plot and the growing sexual tension between the main characters are absolutely wonderful, the pacing, breathtaking.....And from the first moment, you get a true "feel" for the Arab way of life, their value system and of the tensions there that rule their lives.

When Sara Reeves arrives in Beharrain, she hopes to negotiate an oil deal between her company and Sheik Tariq Abdullah, and then be on her way back to the states. She doesn't expect her convoy to be ambushed in the middle of the desert by terrorists and left to fight for survival accompanied by the only other survivor--a darkly handsome and charismatic employee of the Sheik's. Or, is he?.........

I don't want to spoil the book for you by reviewing the storyline any further. Just believe that if you purchase this book, you are in for a heart-stopping adventure that will keep you turning those pages well into the night. I simply could not put the book down.

Ms. Marton is an extraordinarily talented writer who will keep you on the edge of your seat by supplying one cliff-hanger after another, and I plan on reading every one of her books that I can get my hands on.

5.0 out of 5 stars She should be more well known, November 12, 2010
This review is from: Sheik Seduction (Harlequin Intrigue) (Mass Market Paperback)
I usually don't read Harlequin romance unless I need a vacation book in between the really heavy books. I always read them when I need a lighter read. I take it back when it comes to this author. I could not put the book down and read it all in one night, well... and the next morning. I went to bed at 11 am the next morning.
I was amazed at how fast she got me into the characters and how fast paced the book was. You immediately get the feel for the land and culture as well as a need to relate with customs of the area so you understand how the main man feels for his county and why. She makes sure to let the tension build in a fast paced way yet.... not too fast where it counts. There is suspense, and you really can't anticipate what will happen next. There are twists. It also is non stop action from the beginning to end. You will be surprised with this author if you have never read her. I have bought 2 other books since this one. BTW, there is a book that comes after this one call Sheik Protector. I have not read it yet but I can't wait.

This story is absolutely brilliant. It has everying, suspense, danger and romance. I loved the main characters sara and tariq. This book never slows down and I felt as though I was with them both as they kept on coming up against bandits, and drug smugglers. It is a must read for anyone who loves fast paced and exciting stories. Dana marton is a great writer, and one of my favourite authors, because she never lets you down. This books a keeper.
