Stories about middleastern men don't always interest me because of their double standards. However this alpha male Zakour, even though he is a bit arrogant and unyielding at first, really softened up and became very tender and caring, especially after he realized his treasure in Emily. A great book....very good reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars In The Sheikh's Marriage Bed, September 12, 2005
Front back cover:
Crown Prince Zakour-Al-Farisi is ruler of all he surveys, and the moment Emily Kingston steps into his Golden Palace, she too must do exactly as he commands! Zakour believes Emily has been sent to seduce him and decides to turn the tables. His terms? Emily will repay her brother's debt in full--as his wife. But what will he do when he discovers that his beautiful bride-to-be is a virgin?

I love sheik's stories. I thought this one was pretty good. The author did a great job describing the heroine and the hero. I will keep this one on my bookself
Enjoy!
Barbara

This review is from: In the Sheikh's Marriage Bed (Surrender to the Sheikh) (Kindle Edition)
Harlequin Romance II - Large Print - In The Sheikh's Marriage Bed I read the kindle version of this book and will give it four stars--it was enjoyable reading. I'm withholding a star because a couple of things detracted from the book--the Sheikh's servants were always bowing and scrapping to his "snapping" of the finger...they're depicted as a townload of "the three stooges" because they can never do anything right. In fact, left to the devices of the Sheik's servants its amazing he remained alive. I liked the heroine a lot and felt they were well-matched. I was glad with how the issue regarding her brother was resolved. I loved the chemistry and that she could make him lose controll. The hero was a bit (a tad) overbearing at times...sort of alpha male times infinity but the story still worked. I must say that in general Sarah Morgan is a good romance writer, even when I don't like one of her books, her "bad" book is better than many writers "good" ones.
