The quality is great, nice looking and good construction.

Had to use my own hardware and add extra screws to support the middle of the wood section so it wouldn't dip with product in it.

The retailer said all returns had to be approved from the manufacturer, who OK'ed the return for a credit.

I will keep this simple:

1. THE GOOD: Once installed, the drawers slides well and look presentable.
2. THE BAD: Uhhhh, didn't realize that despite being adjustable, they are only 20 inches deep, so you will lose some usable space in your cabinet on the sides and in the back.
3. THE UGLY: a) Instructions are horrible. b) Screws sheared off when they were about 75% to 100% into the frame. c) if your cabinet isn't deep enough, you will need to modify the rear brackets by cutting them a little bit shorter. d) Not sure what the little pieces of wood are for (not mentioned in the instructions)

**WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN: Probably (only because I have identified the issues and the cost makes it an attractive option)

**WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND: Only if they are the handyman/home improvement type.

I just purchased my second roll-out shelf from Amazon Warehouse deals, used. It came to me in factory packaging with all hardware, etc. In fact, I could not tell the used one from the first one I bought new. That said, on with the review. While these drawers will reduce your storage space somewhat (about an inch on each of the 4 sides), the convenience of not having to dig wayyyy back into under-counter cabinets is worth it. Additionally, my husband is in a wheelchair, so these make previously innaccessible cabinet space VERY accessible. Installation: Easy. It took me about 20 minutes to install the first drawer as it went on the bottom of the cabinet and there was no worry about plumb, level, etc. Installing the second drawer above the first one took about 40 minutes because I wanted to make sure the tracks were plumb and level. This meant careful measurements and a double-check of said measurements with a level before I drilled pilot holes for the runner attachments in the back of the cabinet. These use only 8 screws for complete installation; 3 screws go in each runner to secure it to the interior of the cabinet, and 2 screws go in each drawer once you've determined how wide the drawer should be. The directions were clear and easy to follow; read them and do what they say and you'll be fine. I'd recommend these drawers to anyone who's tired of having to rummage around in deep, lower cabinets on their hands and knees. Fabulous value for the price, too.

I was disappointmed in this product because the drawers are not sturdy at all. The middle of the drawers start to buckle in the middle when you try to pull the drawers out. I would not buy any more drwers like this.

I installed this pull out in a base cabinet in my kitchen. I was very disappointed. It is just not very good quality for what these cost. I bought two of them for the same cabinet. The would jam or slid out of the glides. I ended up returning them. I then went Lowe's and purchased a Rev-a- shelf. it was a two drawer unit that was all chrome it is a great unit. And the best part was it was actually cheaper and there is no comparison in the quality.

like other reviewers had mentioned , the shelf will buckle in the middle if you extend the width beyond about 17 inches. The 2 halves fit loosely together because it is poorly constructed. It is a nice idea but poorly executed. I would not purchased this product again.

I bought two of these. When the boxes arrived they were all taped up. Found out they had been returned items. One was missing several of the screws and the cheap little stopper block in the back. Also, the side of the drawer was coming off. I would have to glue it. Wait, now I feel like I am building a shelf, and with cheap parts.
I am going to return both of these if the cost of shipping does not cost me more than the product. If it does..well i just spent a lot of money on a hard lesson.
Only one box had instructions and if i did it the way they said (for framed cabinets) the drawers wouldn't have pulled out. The drawers I bought for the other cabinets from Shelves that Slide company are so much nicer quality and for the same price or less.
DO NOT BUY THIS!!

OK, I really liked this product. Did what was advertised. I was able to install two of these on my base cabinets in my kitchen (even with the assistance of my three year old) in a short amount of time. The drawers slid smooth and looked like the expensive custom ones you see advertised and impressed my picky husband. I did notice that the wood grain on the bottom was going in two different directions on both of the drawers that I purchased. Not a big deal since once you fill them up you cannot see the bottom, but something that I wanted to mentioned. Also, I noticed on one of the pictures shown here they put pot lids on the side and they seem to be held by a piece of wood on the drawer. Neither of mine look like that. They both look like the ones shown with the bathroom and food pictures (I have a slight lip where the top part pull out from the bottom as expected, but no solid piece of wood divider). This was not a deal breaker for me, but something that I wanted to point out since it is different than the first picture shown.

I did lose some room in the back, but that was expected when I measured how deep these were compared to my deeper cabinets. I'll use that extra space to store a Capri Sun 10 pack. I know that defeats the point of having a pull out drawer to dig something out, but I'm going to make this a better situation for me and not lose storage (I could also store a box of extra garbage bags behind my pullout drawer, or in a bathroom I would put extra bottles of shampoo, something that you do not use daily as the point of these drawers is so you do not get on you hands and knees to find stuff). I am using these to store the kids plastic dishes and cups. I don't know if I would use it to store anything very heavy as I'm guessing that it would bow in the middle.
