Simply loved this book. I used to scour the stores looking for a Patricia Rice book at the store. I was so excited to see this available online!

This book tells the story of two people who seem to be hit and miss over a small period time. He's available, she's not, she's available, he's not etc. But when they do come together, they're so happy. The fact that she has a chip on her shoulder over her belle of a cousin is brought up quite often (everyone knows someone like this, so it's understandable). There are a couple moments where I didn't agree with what was happening and/or agree with the events, and how things seemed to be just so believable, however, Patricia Rice draws the reader into her story, I felt bad for the characters, was happy and joyous with them-I like that in a story.

Definitely reading the other books I found on amazon.
