I have just completed the instalation of my 10'X20' Garage. I am very pleased with the product, purchased because a friend has had one for over 10 years and replaced the cover only once due to a branch falling through it during an ice storm.
I would like to offer one suggestion to buyers: go directly to Lowes and by 32, 31/2"X1/4" carriage bolts! The time you spend buying them will shorten your instalation time by 50%, as the 3" bolts that come with the unit give you only about 1/2 a thread to start the nut......this is nearly impossible if you are setting it up on anything but a perfectly level, hard surface as the parts will NOT go together tightly enough for you to get the nuts started. VERY FRUSTRATING!
This is not a permanent structure, and I don't have unrealistic expectations for it lasting too long, but if it lasts for 3 years I will have paid $8.00/month for three times as much storage place as renting a 8'X12' shed for $45-60/mo.
Watch the instalation video at the Shelter Logic website. It will help, but don't expect YOURS to go up that easily.
**Don't put the lower cross braces on early as directed in the instructions..it's a waste of time and has to be all taken apart again!

as you can see by the photos the shelter looks completly enclosed.........it is NOT.......the sides and front are 3-6 inches too short to enclose the structure....the top fits well but not the sides and front....very poor design and misleading photo.......i even went over the frame to make sure all the peices were snug and tight.......didn't help........if you can't make the shelter as advertised then say so.....no more buying from shelter logic or amazon

I found this canopy to be very easy to set-up and take down. The fabric is water resistant and strong and withstands the impact of playing hands. I received a lot of good comments from visitors and others wanting information on where I brought this tent. A carrying bag was not included, but I was able to find two (2) inexpensive bags to use to divide and carry the contents which are quite heavy. Overall, i would recommend the purchase of this canopy for both short term and extended usage.
