The instructions claim two hours... my wife and I required more than 13 hours to build, and we are not lacking in intelligence or construction ability.
Also I would have considered just using the frame but it will not be usable without the cover so one cannot drape greenhouse plastic on it if the cover tears.
One door panel for the front end, one solid panel for the back end (with a zippable window flap), and one single very large cover panel for the top and sides.
