I bought the 20' model. Arrived in Utah by freight (150 lbs) one week from Tennessee, I think. It was very easy to assemble, just used a couple ratchets and spent about 6 hours with one other person laying everything out, assembling the nuts and bolts and then placing the covers on. It's of good quality steel, nothing special. The material is pretty strong and the zippers are standard. I actually spent the week before digging large holes 3' down around the perimeter of the location. I dropped a concrete block in the hole, tied a chain around it and then back filled the holes with the chain exposed. Then when anchoring the frame, I just bolted the chain to the legs of the frame so there would be no possible way for the thing to blow away. I live in a very high wind area and within one week, the ShelterLogic got its first taste of high winds and it stayed standing. I was sincerely concerned, but it held up. Then a week later, we had another wind storm even stronger than the first and it's still standing. I went inside the greenhouse during the second event and thought for sure this thing was going to buckle, but it stayed up. This was under 25 mph constant winds with gusts up to 50 mph. The wind did loosen one of the bottom bolts on a corner leg, so I tightened it back down. We're having another wind event this weekend and once it passes this third test, I think it will be clear whether it can stay around here.

I've been monitoring the temperatures inside and it is very much warmer inside 101 Farenheit today inside and the high was about 67 outside. I covered all the flaps that reach the ground so that no wind would blow inside the greenhouse. Even during the wind storm the conditions inside were calm and warm - just noisy.

When I purchased this hot house I did'nt think it would last very long. Now it's been up since March and had 60+mph winds hit it and it's still standing in good shape. I've very happy with that and the way plants grow very quickly in it. Good buy

Have to say that I am extremely happy with this item. It arrived within about 4 days of ordering it, in a surprisingly small box. Each piece of the frame was well marked, which coincided with the instructions. I put it together myelf in about an hour. The only thing I needed help with was moving the greenhouse into final position. Once together, the greenhouse is very sturdy & holds all my outdoor plants, with room to spare.
The only challenge I had was figuring out how to use the ratchets to secure the panels. I finally did, I think, but hope I can get them to loosen up in the spring for dismantling.
All in all, I would give this a 2 thumbs up for sure and look forward to many years of use.

I bought this greenhouse after looking at a friends... It's a pretty sturdy greenhouse for the money. I put some landscaping edging bricks around the base to help hold down the flaps to keep air out and help hold it down in case of bad weather. Overall for 234.00 bucks shipped.. You can't beat it.... I would recommend this greenhouse for a beginning gardner or someone who wants to save ferns or other plants for the winter.

We were looking for an affordable green house to start vegetables from seed, such as tomatoes and peppers. We have a small farm and sell home grown veggies. Most green houses we saw were very expensive and we were trying to save money by growing our own transplants. The price for our 10x20 was great and it arrived within a few days. We really like the house now that it's up, but the instructions are terrible! The wording is not very specific and the pictures aren't very clear. We finalyy got it up but it took about 5 hours total. All in all we would probably order this item again and after struggling through the first one we feel like pros!

UPDATE, 11/27/2013

I was thrilled when the greenhouse survived a cold and windy winter, as well as the following spring and summer thunderstorms. But today, as we face our first freeze, I finally learned this greenhouse's failure point - the zippers and adjoining seams. I haven't needed to close the zippers since the end of last winter. When I tried to close them tonight, they wouldn't budge. WD40 got them going, but then the seams where the zipper track is attached failed. It gave way like well-worn ground cloth. This first freeze won't be too bad, I'm once again in the position of having to find a solution.

I'm downgrading this item from five stars to two. It may be good for one winter, but don't count on it lasting for two.

UPDATE, 12/21/2012:

I thought I'd lost the greenhouse last night. I was sound asleep around 3:00 AM when a line of severe thunderstorms associated with a cold front blew through my area. I don't know how high the winds got, but one particularly strong gust woke me up when it sounded as if my greenhouse, which sits next to my house just outside my bedroom window, was being shredded and/or uprooted. I quickly dressed and headed outside, expecting the worse, but the greenhouse was fine. It was shaking and shuddering and groaning and creaking and sounding like tall ship sails flapping in a gale, and I had a hard time getting back to sleep listening to all the commotion as the storm continued, but when morning dawned the greenhouse was intact, none the worse for wear.

Also, we experienced our first below-freezing weather a week or so ago, and I was surprised at how warm I was able to keep the greenhouse, using a 20,000 btu propane heater.
