We had a missing piece and a defective piece and I have been waiting for a response from the company. I am not happy at all. I am sure the canopy would be great with all the pieces but unfortunately, they aren't worried about pleasing the customers.

It takes some time, and some of the pieces didn't fit till I worked on them. Once together this works good. I am not sure I would spend the money on it again though especially with the $100 + shipping fee.

When I first decided to purchase a tent for my backyard I was overwhelmed. so I went online and did some research, and came up with this one. I must say, it was the best decision I made. I got free delivery, and the delivery people was just great, very accomodating. When I decided to put the tent together I followed all instructions, but to my astonishment, I never used a single piece of tool, in fact when I started lining up the parts on the ground, I asked my twin teen-ageD boys to meet me in the backyard to give me a hand, "yeah righ" as with all teen that could be forever. however, when FINALLY they decided to come, the job was complete. Honestly, I put the thing up by myself. My neighbour came out her back door and inquireed why I was alone, but when she saw that I did it alone she remarked, "boy you good", LOL, but I have to give the credit to the product, a real wonderfully, practical, workable product that the family is enjoying alot. I don't recommend you try putting it up alone, but I did and just wanted to point that out. It added quality and beauty to our backyard.
