I have a Motoshade 10x20 enclosure and needed my second replacement cover for it. Motoshade 10x20 cover was out of stock everywhere. I purchased this cover which was cheaper in price. The construction and materials seem much stronger and the design is also much better. Hopefully this cover will last longer than 2 seasons. I store our boat under it and leave it up all year long so it truly gets the test of time. I was nervous about the fit but it did fit my enclosure better than Motoshade! Very happy.

This replacement tarp won't fit your frame, if it's not a Shelter Logic frame. It is cut too small. Plus, and this is what I hated most, it does not have any grommets on the ends. The ends of the tarp are held in place only by the drawstring over the frame. Assuming you can get it over the ends of the frame, as it is also too short.

Unless you have exactly this frame, from this company, don't buy this tarp!

I bought this as a replacement for my Moto Shade/Qwik Shed 10 x 20 and found that although it is apparently of good quality it is too small. Moto Shade owners should use a "King Canopy" compatible cover. A useful sizing guide can be seen at <...>

This is my second cover. It lasted 18 months longer than advertised. It fits the frame and is easy to install with two people.

I like Shelter Logic, that is why I gave it a five star. However, if you have the 10x20 frame, don't get this 10x20 top. It does not fit or you have to force it to fit. Get the 12x20, and use the ropes to make it snug.

Very POOR customer service. Last year I had to return an item that was not what it was advertised to be. They gave me hell, but in the long run, I finally did receive credit for my return. This year, I ordered a 22' x 24' equine run-in, paid $ 2,103.11 for this item, and received only PART of the package two weeks leter. I called them to ask about the missing pieces, which they confirmed were not sent (their bad), and that they would immediately send out the remaining parts. Had to call again to ask where they are, oops...missing the promised shipping date. At this point I want to return the original INCOMPLETE package, and receive a full credit of my money. They tell me that "I" have to pay for the return shipping costs...for a package that weighs 685 lbs, and is going coast to coast. I refuse to pay the return shipping for an issue that is THEIR mistake...their error...their incompetence.

BAD company to deal with. The product, if you can get the entire package as advertised, is a good product...made in China. The product does work, but the company selling the product is iffy at best. Be cautious dealing with Shelter Logic.

Fits great and is good quality. It would be nice if it were available in tan, and came with bungles.

Shelter Logic replacement covers fit Shelter Logic frames perfectly as they should. They last two years exactly. I am buying my third replacement now. I think a two year life for these covers is ok and you should not really expect more. This time, I am going to put reinforcement tape down the middle center before I install the cover. The center is where mine have always failed. Maybe the tape will extend the life by blocking the UV rays.

Judging by its material's looks I don't think I will last very long. It didn't fit well, but was our fault. Our frame was too large.

So easy to purchase a replacement cover for our Shelter Logic Canopy. We use this as a carport/cover for our Trailmanor 3124 KS. Great product...great price!!!
